Shine has got to be one of the most enjoyable fitness classes I've ever tried! Michelle ensures that everyone feels not just welcome but also comfortable and super energized. Her infectious passion and excitement for Shine always leave you in the best mood! I highly recommend it for an absolutely fantastic dance-inspired workout!

I have taken a class with both Michelle and Lisa and CANNOT say enough good things! Had the BEST time dancing to wicked routines set to awesome music - definitely my favourite way to move my body!! Both instructors are skilled at guiding you through the routines and offering support, modifications, and so much positivity and encouragement! 100% recommend anyone and everyone take a class at SHiNE Dance Fitness Ann Arbor!

Was nervous at first, but everyone at Shine is so supportive and has such welcoming vibes. Michele is so fun and motivating. If you're looking for a more enjoyable workout, you have to check out Shine! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

The best way to have a blast and not even realize that you are exercising!! Michelle is an awesome instructor and makes the class fun and easy. Plus she gives suggestions if needed!

I am not someone who usually attends workout classes or enjoys dancing in public, but a good friend encouraged me to try Shine with Michelle, and I'm so glad I did! Michelle creates a welcoming and positive environment where everyone can feel comfortable and shine! The hour passes quickly and it's such a fantastic workout. You don't have to worry about keeping up with every move - the goal is to have fun and move your body in an active and supportive community. Highly recommend!
