Amazing spa and friendly staff. I've been doing acupuncture for a couple weeks now and look forward to my weekly appointments. I was skeptical of the needles but you don't even feel them, its a quick pinch feeling then goes away. When I'm done I feel so warm, relaxed, and grateful. During my sessions I can actually turn my mind off and reflect and get genuine rest. It's awesome how my muscles relax and react to the relaxation. Molly is very knowledgeable of the IVF process and compassionate of the stress you have been through. Would highly recommend. I can't wait to try the massages soon as well!

I went to Solara Wellness to determine if acupuncture could help with the knee pain I have related to osteoarthritis. I did not want to take the medication my doctor wanted to prescribe to treat my condition. This has been life-changing! I continue to go every few weeks, and I am able to hike, climb, and participate in activities I previously could not. I am 70 years old, and I cannot believe how much this has helped. Molly is amazing and explained exactly how she would treat me and what benefits could be achieved. The "needles" do not hurt; in fact, every time I have a treatment, it puts me to sleep. It is so relaxing! Try it -- you'll be glad you did!

I had a massage today with Denise and it was great. I would give Denise 5 stars, but it was the service my wife received from Molly the owner and acupuncturist that made me give 1 star. My wife was visibly in pain as she was waking out of the appointment and even the receptionist asked if she was OK. Molly just walked in and sat at her desk while my wife had to to outside, she was hurting so bad from her acupuncture visit. Molly didn't even ask if she was OK or check on her. She is not a true acupuncturist and should not consider herself a holistic healer.

I've been seeing Molly at Solara Wellness Acupuncture & Holistic Health for a few weeks now and have enjoyed my sessions with her. I've been feeling better. I have also seen Denise for a massage. Denise used various techniques to provide a very good massage. I would highly recommend Solara Wellness Acupuncture & Holistic Health for your needs.

Solara Wellness is great and Molly Sweet has been awesome helping me on my journey to and after motherhood. I first saw her for help with postpartum depression after my first son as well as to balance my hormones after a pregnancy loss. Most recently I was over 41 weeks pregnant and doing everything I could to get the labor going naturally so I did not have to be induced. I booked a session with Molly and my contractions started at my session and I was in active labor within 4 hours of leaving and had the baby that night. In addition to the help with all things maternal the staff are super friendly and personable and I highly recommend.
