I called Tina first and explained how I fell and bent my glasses. She said she would be willing to take a look. I arrived at her store and she looked at my glasses. She said she could take a chance at fixing them, but there was a risk of them breaking. They were bent at the corner on three right side. I told her to go ahead and try. She was able to fix them and didn’t charge me. Tina is wonderful and friendly.

Updated review: Tina has given the best customer service I have ever had, bar none. The personalized care, concern and responsiveness to my glasses is unparalleled. I live in California, and she went out of her way to replace my broken frames-I received a care package (pictured below) in the mail, with my new glasses. I cannot say enough about the caliber of care and the beautiful glasses Spectacle Society carries. THANK YOU TINA!!!

What a wonderful experience! Last year I bought progressives elsewhere and hated them. So this year I visited Spectacle Society and Tina hooked me up with the most beautiful bifocal glasses I’ve ever owned. What’s more, I can see perfectly because she took the time to learn about me - my hobbies, work, lifestyle, pain points about my precious glasses - to assess my needs and fit me with glasses that are not only strikingly beautiful, but easy to wear and suit my every need. I found this little gem about three years ago as I was watching a Facebook Live from the Peacock Room. Tina happened to be showcasing the latest Francis Klein collection and I fell in love with their frames. I now have six pairs.
