Stacey has been an amazing instructor to me! She is uplifting and inspiring. Her workouts are always challenging and unique. She is always in your corner cheering you on and encouraging you to try new exercises and trust your body. Pilates has made me stronger and more confident. I would highly recommend you try SBP!
Wow, wow, wow!! Can’t say enough amazing things about Stacey! From the moment I had my phone consult with her I knew I had found someone special. Stacey is the sweetest, most talented and accommodating Pilates instructor I have ever met. No two classes are ever alike also. I leave her and am sore for days! Highly recommend!

Stacey led me to fall in love with pilates! She takes the practice, my form and quality of the workout so seriously, but she doesn't take herself too seriously. I'm grateful that I always get both a killer workout and a few belly laughs. Stacey's 1:1 instruction is incredible! She is a one in a million find!
