Bad business practices and bad service…
Got a coupon in the mail after moving in and was ecstatic to try a new pizza place! We called and the person on the other end said we couldn’t place an order over the phone, we’d have to come in, order, and wait there… weird, but a free pizza at a new place is worth it we thought.
We drove over and right off the bat had a bad taste for the service. When we walked in, the person at the front desk told a customer they’d made his pizza wrong and instead of automatically trying to make it right he said “so will you take it or are we gonna have to remake it?”
We get to the front of the line with our coupon and say we called and were told to place our order in store. The guy tells us they don’t just make pizzas for anyone who asks and they won’t honor our coupon… the coupon THIS STORE LOCATION sent us in the mail TODAY! After we’d already talked on the phone confirming we could come in and order!
This was such a frustrating experience and a total waste of time. Won’t be recommending.

My very favorite pizza! Always fresh ingredients and cooked perfectly. Delicious grinders, wings, potatoes and salads too. But most of all, THE DESSERTS are what I really can't wait to eat every time!

Excellent regular pizza and the best Gluten free crust in Michigan. They have pizza by the slice and a small but very nice place to sit

We ordered 6 of their giant pizzas. They had them done on time and were helpful carrying them to the car. Staff were excellent! The pizzas were a hit; not a piece left! We had many compliments and requests as to where the shop was located. Keep serving up some great quality pies! Thank you!

I visited this place on 1st of Oct and the burnt pepperoni not only affected the taste but also the overall presentation of the dish. It’s crucial for a pizza to strike a balance between crispy and well-cooked toppings, and this pizza clearly missed the mark. The burnt flavor dominated, overshadowing the other ingredients and making it a less enjoyable meal.
It’s disappointing when staff members are not attentive to customer concerns. It’s essential for a restaurant to address such issues promptly and offer a solution, such as replacing the pizza or providing a refund. Being forced to take the pizza home when it clearly didn’t meet your expectations only added to the disappointment of the overall dining experience. Hopefully, they can improve their customer service and handling of such situations in the future to ensure a better dining experience for all patrons.
