This is actually the first year I've used this Office. However I found myself needing someone who wasn't 3 weeks out to make an appointment. Our pup, Chopper was diagnosed in early April this year with Heart Disease at only 9 years old. I thought no matter what we had this bagged and could make sure he lived a great, full life like we had planned. We followed all of our normal vets plan and it still took such a toll on him. By the time we needed more urgent visits our vet was almost 3 weeks out for the next open slot.
Dr Swartz and his team were very considerate to our urgency and worked with us to get him taken care of. Chopper did not handle the (newer stronger meds) So we regretfully had to decide to keep him on the original Heart med and water pills we had. He made it until August 21st and on that day our life totally changed. However this office took care of any worry we had and made sure we knew the answer to every question. Thank you to Dr Schwartz and your entire staff for being so loving to our little guy and us during this. This take alot at this point for me to even write this due to the emotional toll of losing him. So believe me when I say, this Vets office and their staff do care and do give their best effort for you and your loved ones

The entire staff at G3252 Miller Rd has one of the most difficult jobs (in my opinion) on earth. These humans earn their heavenly crowns every single day. My sweet beautiful Emma (Cairn Terrier) was euthanized/cremated here on 9/03/2024 and staff couldn’t have been more sympathetic. I hope they care for each other and their families as much as they care for our fur babies. The owner of this vet hospital should give him/her a huge pat on the back for how this place operates. My heart is broken over the loss of my Emma. I am so grateful that this hospital exists and 💯 recommend them to help anyone through this difficult process. God bless everyone who reads this review and may your fur babies be loved and well cared for by you. 😇🙏

The office has been around for years and years with many great doctors and techs, they really have been updating the business and the outside is painted beautiful. Our last visit was affordable, very professional and the staff was wonderful! I did go down a star, only because I found out they don’t do health certificates for a pet to travel. Which I’ve never heard of. I called for information and was told they do them. Then on the same call was told they don’t. I like sticking to the same office when I can for puppies or kittens and then for health certificates for traveling. So that makes a difference for my family personally.

This is the second time we have been here now. The first time I came in with my dog who I was just sure was going to die, but Dr.Schwartz really calmed my fears and got us taken care of. A very down-to-earth guy, compassionate with the animals and easy to talk to. I really can't say enough about this place. They are walk-in only, and you sign into the wait list online, which makes it really convenient to wait at home if you need to. And his prices can't be beat, there's no reason not to get your animal care as reasonable as he is. The girls in the front are always really nice. They're professional and always answer my questions. This is the second time that I've taken Hobbes to see him, The first time was an emergency and they were the only person who could see us! Even though this was the first time that I had gone to this vet he still saw my boy on an emergency basis. The second time he was really itchy and Doc came right in got us taken care of and had us on our way in less than a half hour. And like I said as affordable as he is there's no reason not to have your pet seen. I called and asked about how much an office call was, and our visit cost us less than what we were quoted in the front, which was a nice surprise. The office always smells really clean, they have a nice big yard out front, & the buildings painted really cute- look for the bright colored paw prints!! Thank you Dr Schwartz we will be lifelong customers.

Wonderful staff. They always go above and beyond for their patients. They fought hard for Opal and our other kitties and now they are ready for adoption. Thank you so much!
