I’ve had the best experience! Not just the adjustments, but learning about ways to fix posture, supplements/vitamins, and different exercises to continue to strengthen my body. Everyone is so welcoming and kind as well. I could not recommend Vital Family Chiropractic enough :)

I met Mary at my gym & we randomly started talking about lower back pain. She was very friendly and convinced me her husband Dr Kurt would be able to help. I signed up, have been going consistently now a few weeks. Although I had my hesitations, Dr Kurt has been so amazing & informative! Just from the Xrays and a few visits we have been able to identify what was causing my SI joint to constantly trigger & shoot pain. Since I began coming here for my sessions my pain not only has subsided tremendously but Dr Kurt has relieved alot of mid-back pain as well!! I love all of the information & stretches they have provided to help me add to my daily routine & workouts to continue strengthening & progressing my issues. I’m grateful to have ran into Mary! I 100% highly recommend Dr Kurt, professional, knowledgeable, careful & gets the job done!!
