I wrote a 5-star review for Patrick at Ypsilanti Tech Works about a year ago when he saved my butt when my laptop refused to open or print documents. This time (8/17), it wouldn't stay connected to the internet, and Patrick has rescued me again! Not only is he competent, but he is friendly and speaks English instead of techno jargon. And he's reasonable, too! For me, computer repair is one of those areas it's hard to find someone I trust in, and I totally trust Patrick!
