The lady at the front desk, April, was helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the packages. She was so kind to us when we called with questions. I purchased my gift card due to her ability to describe the packages so well to me. The 1st time we called. The lady was horrible. At that time, I actually decided not to buy the package because she knew absolutely NOTHING! If it was my business, I would take her off phone lines b/c she would cause them to lose business. It's a good thing that decided to call a 2nd time and got April (an informed employee). Maybe the female who answers on Monday was their operator. This could be the reason for the lack of knowledge. But to be honest, that's still unnaceptable b/c she can cost them money. The building is beautiful 😍 🤩

I love this spa it is very clean and smells amazing. The staff is super friendly and have made me feel welcomed. I have been to the salon for a haircut and also a head scalp treatment. Both Carissa and Bethanie were great! They were very helpful and knowledgeable. I will continue to come back and try out other services.

“Wow” doesn’t begin to cover it. This was an amazing experience from start to finish and frankly knocks all the other spas in the area out of the water (for me, at least). Ethos was so accommodating of me. They saw I listed “they/them” pronouns on my profile online before I arrived, and discreetly pulled me aside before my appointment and asked which locker room I’d like to use. They have a women’s, co-ed, and men’s available. I thought this was incredibly affirming and kind of them to go out of their way to ensure my comfort right from the start, and really eased any anxiety I had about being in a new establishment. Aside from this, the facial I booked was just incredible, as were the spa amenities (I didn’t give myself enough time to enjoy the hot tub, but I will upon my next visit)! They had infrared saunas, cold plunges, a hot tub, and beautiful waiting rooms to enjoy before your procedure. All in all, I couldn’t recommend Ethos more! Thank you for such a wonderful, restorative experience. I truly needed it.

The absolute BEST spa experience I have ever had. The facility is top notch. Being able to use all the amenities prior to and after your service elevates your experience. I was taken on a tour for my first time at the spa. The locker room included 2 showers which were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, as well as a relaxing eucalyptus spray to add to the spa atmosphere. I used the outdoor hot tub, sauna and steam room prior to my massage. My massage with Scott was the best massage I have ever received. He was professional, checked-in with me often for the amount of pressure or areas that needed worked, and made sureI was comfortable the entire time. I will absolutely be making Ethos my new spa of choice and will be returning in the near future!

Brandi was incredible. I showed her my inspiration picture and she exceeded my expectations. The color was perfect, making my green eyes stand out. The cut was stylish professional edgy and fun. I moved here from Philadelphia and used to fly there to get my hair cut. Now I can gladly say I just drive 20 minutes. Brandi takes her time, gives stylish tips with products, and does such a good job. I felt beautiful on the inside but not I feel beautiful on the outside. I would not see anyone else but Brandi. I love my cut and color!
