My daughter and I met with Shadi this evening to get our taxes done. The best way to explain why I asked for my paperwork back and made the decision to not have Shadi do my taxes is because he does not listen. After multiple attempts to explain a situation I am experiencing with the Department of Treasury, he did not understand what I was telling him. He proceeded to cut me off, talk over me, contradict himself and he became loud and aggressive when I told him he was not understanding or listening. He continued to jump to conclusions, which were incorrect. But boy, oh boy he did not like being corrected!! Shadi was aware that I have two LLC’s, I made an appointment to have my taxes done. As a sole proprietor LLC you can report business income on a Schedule C as part of IRS Form 1040 as part of your personal income tax return. Which means you can file both at the same time. Something I had been doing for decades!. Shadi obviously did not know or understand this simple, basic filing. Instead he was just intending to file only my personal income tax and let my LLC filing be late with consequences. Why?!? Because he is not knowledgeable. Finally he did not have time to understand my LLC because he wasted 30 minutes talking about his flashy, multimillionaire clients! Is t that unethical? I’m very uncomfortable that this firm has my personal information. Clearly this firm lacks ethics.Steer clear of this firm and Shadi.

I have never in my life met somebody like him.
It was a pleasure to talk to him and see him work;
he created instant trust. Professional, very organized, focused, friendly, very quick, a good listener and educator.
He spent 2 hours on a Sunday afternoon to get to know me and go through my tax return.
I was a new customer to him.

10/10 experience. Not only did I get the most out of my return & biggest return I’ve ever gotten but they educate you while doing your return. Going in detail, answering all questions and making sure you understand and are 100% comfortable with whats going on. Highly recommend.

I was Highly Recommended to use Fram and Fram for tax services and this was one of the greatest Recommendations I have had in a while! Shadi Fram provides an excellent service for his clients-extremely attentive to answering all questions, great communication, very quick to get things turned around.Shadi Fram is highly skilled CPA and great person to work!
